Contact – Nztennisodds
Readers of Nztennisodds sometimes need to know who is behind it and where questions go. This page answers both and describes the frame in which the tennis and wider betting content is written.
Who publishes
Name, legal form, address and e-mail are available at tennisoddsnz.com. They exist so that the publisher can be identified and approached with a question, a correction or a complaint.
What the site is
An editorial resource on racing and sports betting, nothing more. It takes no bets, holds no accounts, handles no money and does not act as a go-between for readers and bookmakers. No forecast on the site promises a win.
Betting law in New Zealand
TAB NZ has been the only lawful provider of racing and sports betting to people in New Zealand since 28 June 2025, under section 74AAA of the Racing Industry Act 2020, with TAB and Betcha as its online brands. The Department of Internal Affairs supervises compliance. Other bookmakers hold no New Zealand licence; none can be applied for. Betting with TAB NZ requires age 18.
Content and links
Care goes into the articles and they are checked regularly. Even so, odds, markets and offer terms shift constantly, and the provider’s own current terms prevail. Nztennisodds takes no responsibility for decisions made on the strength of its pages. Misleading conduct in trade is prohibited by the Fair Trading Act 1986, and the content is written with that in view. Outside links were checked at the time of adding; what the linked pages carry afterwards is their owners’ responsibility, and a link to unlawful content is removed when reported.
Copyright
The Copyright Act 1994 protects the texts, tables and graphics. Use beyond fair dealing needs the editors’ prior written consent.
Help with gambling harm
Betting brings a risk of harm. Anyone seeing signs of excessive gambling in themselves or someone close can contact the Gambling Helpline or Safer Gambling Aotearoa. TAB NZ lists deposit limits, bet limits and self-exclusion among the tools on its own pages.
